Advisers cannot update client's via AdviserHUB. Clients will need to update their details through InvestorHUB by following these steps:
- After logging into InvestorHUB, navigate to Accounts > Accounts
- Select the 'Account Menu', and then 'Contact Details' from the drop-down
- Click 'Edit' and enter the new mobile and/or email address
- Select 'Yes' under the question "Do you wish to update your 'Login Contact Details' to be the same as your 'Account Contact Details?'"
- Select 'Save'.
If the client no longer has access to the email address associated with their InvestorHUB login, they will need to complete and submit the 'Change of Details Form'.
